Internal Family Systems · 12-week course
Get to know yourself — all of yourself.
IFS teaches you how to listen inward, understand the protective roles your parts play, and lead your inner system with more calm.
What is IFS?
Internal Family Systems is a way of understanding your inner world as a system of parts, each carrying its own emotions, beliefs, and protective strategies.
What is a “part”?
A part can feel like an inner voice, a strong emotion, an impulse, a protective reaction, or a familiar pattern. One part might push you to perform, another might shut things down, and another might carry pain you learned to hide.
IFS is not about getting rid of those parts. It is about getting curious, understanding what they are trying to do for you, and helping your system find more trust, calm, and choice.
If you have seen Pixar’s Inside Out, you already have a simple picture of the idea: different inner experiences can show up with their own feelings, fears, and jobs. IFS gives you a deeper way to meet those parts with compassion.
This is for you if:
You feel pulled in different directions. Different parts of you want different things, and you want to understand what is happening without shame.
You get stuck in protective patterns. Fear, anger, avoidance, over-control, or self-criticism keep showing up, even when you are trying to grow.
You want compassion with structure. You are looking for a framework that helps you relate to your inner world with curiosity, courage, and care.
You want guided practice in community. You want live teaching, reflection, and accountability inside a closed cohort built for steady practice.
